Retreat Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. This is why purchasing travel insurance is a requirement, and why it is important to be mindful of your health before and during travel. 

 

Refund Policy

All retreat payments are non-refundable, and exceptions cannot be made. You may arrange transferring your package to another individual for the original retreat booking.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

Retreat Host in their sole discretion reserves the right to cancel a retreat for attendees’ safety, government policies or any unforeseeable reason. Upon the occurrence of such cancellation, the Retreat Host will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year. Due to the current climate, purchasing travel insurance is a requirement to attend this retreat.

Limited Liability for Unforeseen Circumstances 

You agree that neither Soulshine Bali or Selena Lael Magram will be liable or responsible for a cancelled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, health emergencies, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, or failure of transportation, communication, or power supply.

Media Release

By making this purchase, you understand that you are attending an event where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the retreat premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and you consent to the use of your voice, image, and likeness without compensation in film, videotape, photography, and/or sound recording of this event and for marketing and promotional purposes, and you agree to release Selena Lael Magram, Soulshine Bali, and retreat organizers and representatives from any liability on account of such use.

 

Travel & Cancellation Insurance

To join the retreat, you are required to have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for any relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you plan to engage in on your retreat, and covers you for TRIP CANCELLATION. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation, and 14 days prior to departure.

We love Travelex Insurance,  World Nomads Travel Insurance or Cover More Travel Insurance. 

 

Release of Liability 

The retreat participant agrees that Selena Lael Magram, Soulshine Bali, retreat organizers, partners, and their representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay experienced by the retreat participant.

By making this purchase, you agree to these terms and hereby release Selena Lael Magram, Soulshine Bali, retreat organizers, and their representatives from any and all responsibility or liability.

Miscellaneous

Trip does not include airfare or transportation to and from the retreat center.
